An article in the Financial Post that speaks to the formerly unspeakable. Private healthcare.

I am concerned that something is changing in the national consciousness about how our healthcare system is lacking and has failed in many ways.

If Canada came 2nd from last in comparing hospital beds and in the number of doctors per capita of 28 countries in the Fraser Report, then something is wrong.

If cancer patients can’t get access to surgery, then something is wrong.

If the CMA declares healthcare in crisis, then something is wrong.

At last, this can now be discussed without the discussant being tarred and feathered for speaking the unspeakable.

Repeat after me, private healthcare.
